Facebook Lite App – Very Lite But Very Nice

Facebook has officially launched its Lite app for Android users in India and the Philippines. It’s designed to provide the social network’s core experience reliably on spotty and slow mobile connections.

Facebook says its Lite app is quicker than its main mobile app over 2G because its servers take on the burden of optimizing content.

Imagine, the app is only 430 KB, making it quicker to download. It includes push notifications, and messaging just like the Facebook app.

It’s my first time to use it and it is very convenient, my feed loads up right away. It really differs to the main Facebook app in terms of speed although it lacks some features like video streaming. I’m also happy that I can still manage my Facebook Pages without logging in to the separate app.

Currently, the app is only downloadable via Android. Facebook says it will roll out the app in other markets over the coming weeks and months.

Dumb Ways To Die by Metro Trains finally on Android

One of my most awaited game finally on Android! Yahoo! 🙂

The first time I was able to see and play this is from a friend’s iPad. Gaya ng ibang game, sa iOs lang meron. But the wait is over! Sabi nga nila, hindi rin magtatagal, lahat ng apps mapupunta rin sa Android. 🙂

Aside from having a cute interface and characters, the game is a challenge of speed and focus. Every scence repeats and getting harder. I finally downloaded it earlier today nung ginanahan ako at nagkaroon ng mabilis na internet sa phone ko.

Though, it’s currently one of the least of the list of Top Free in Google Play, I will bet that it will rise up high soon in the market.

A fantastic 3D game! The interface is inviting and interesting, you have the choice of difficulty from Easy, Hard to Unfair (the most difficult). Levels are attainable. Food and energy are sufficient. Enemies are challenging. It’s an overall great game specially if you are into war and battle games, defense game most likely DOTA.

It is just a sense of convenience kasi you can play it anytime, anywhere you want since it is available to Android phones.

May bago na naman akong kaaadikan nito! 🙂
